Swisscenter & WordPress

Our site is hosted by SwissCenter. WordPress provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products to you. Your data is stored in the WordPress data storage system and databases, and in the general WordPress application. Your data is stored on a secure server.

Payment

Payments are made exclusively on the website www.artisanne.ch via Stripe, Twint or by bank transfer. We decline all responsibility in case of malfunction of the payment services. The price invoiced is the one indicated on your order confirmation.
The execution of the order will be carried out after agreement of the bank payment center. In case of agreement of the latter, the account will be immediately debited and the order validated. In case of refusal, the order will be cancelled.

In addition, we reserve the right to refuse any order from a customer with whom there is a dispute or to cancel any order because of a payment incident.
The data that we record constitute proof of communications, orders and payments between the parties. The archiving of purchase orders and invoices is carried out on a reliable and durable support that can be produced as proof.

 

Stripe
Payments are made online in a secure manner via the electronic payment module set up by the Stripe partner (hereinafter referred to as the “Stripe module”) by credit card. The cards accepted are : Visa, Mastercard and American Express. Stripe uses the most recent and reliable security systems, including PCI DSS certification. Stripe encrypts this data using the SSL protocol in order to guarantee the security of this data.

If you make a payment via the Stripe module, we consider that you have read and fully accepted their General Privacy Policy and the Essential Payment and Service Information available at all times on the Stripe module and in the payment confirmation e-mail sent to you when an order is finalized. At the time the order is validated, you expressly acknowledge that the communication of your credit card number to our company through the Stripe module is equivalent to authorization to debit your account up to the amount of the items ordered. Our company cannot be held responsible for any changes or errors that may appear in the information distributed by Stripe.

Twint

The Twint payment function offers the possibility to pay by smartphone through an application. There are no additional fees at your charge. For more information, please refer to the General Terms and Conditions for the use of Twint.

 

The information related to your purchase transaction is kept for as long as necessary to finalize your order. Once your order is finalized, the information related to the purchase transaction is deleted.

Services provided by third parties
