DELIVERIES AND RETURNS
In order to lighten the subject, artisanne has systematically opted for the feminine. However, it is useless to specify that the texts published on the site and its products are also intended for men.
Taxes and delivery charges
The company is currently not subject to VAT. Nevertheless, all orders shipped outside Switzerland may be subject to any local taxes, customs duties or fees for customs clearance on delivery.
The delivery times are as follows :
- Switzerland: 3 to 5 working days
- France : 5 to 12 working days
Shipment outside Switzerland may be delayed by local custom clearance processes and postal services.
Return policy
Our return policy only applies to scrunchies within 7 days of delivery.
Before returning any product, the customer must notify artisanne via email at the following address: contact@artisanne.ch . Returned products must have no visible signs of wear or use and be returned in their original packaging with a copy of the invoice. If those conditions are not met, artisanne will not proceed with the refund.
In order to return a product, the client must send it via postal services to the following address: Atelier artisanne SNC, Avenue C.-F. Ramuz 83a, 1009 Pully, Switzerland.
Postal charges for the return shipment of products are borne by the sender.
After receiving and checking the returned product, artisanne will notify the client of its acceptance or refusal via email.
If the returned product is accepted, artisanne will proceed with the refund of the amount paid not inclusive of shipping cost and taxes. The corresponding sum will be credited to the client’s account. Artisanne reserves the right to request the customer’s bank details in order to proceed with the refund.
No right of return
Unfortunately, artisanne cannot accept bags return or exchange because they are customised.
